With our powerful AI cloud platform and our state of the art machine learning algorithms, we take the most out of medical images in order to accelerate drug development and help experts and clinicians take precise and adequate decisions on the progress of a disease.

To achieve our growth goals globally, we are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team.

You are a full stack marketer with a growth mindset and an excellent grasp for customer demand. Your main mission is to spread the word about QMENTA and our products to our various customer segments globally, using a broad set of marketing channels, ranging from online to offline such as SEA, PR, events and conferences, and content marketing.

  • Adjust and implement the marketing communications and promotion plan for 2019 and play a key role in developing and implementing the one for the following years based on company goals
  • Continuously search for the right channels to communicate our value proposition to our customers, suggest and implement strategies together with the Marketing Manager
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral (brochures, website, videos, white-papers) aligned with the company’s value proposition and the main storyline
  • Develop targeted customer communication (campaigns) off- and online
  • Marketing events: build up the company’s event presence to cover the target market (conferences, trade shows, regional workshops, seminars, etc.) and own the conception and organization of these
  • Develop, manage and implement new PR, SEO, social media and content marketing strategies together with the Marketing Manager
  • Develop material for sales such as demo scripts and sales decks using a storytelling approach
  • Production of regular reports and key data analytics for monitoring of marketing activities´ results
  • Create and implement further tactics to ensure the growth of QMENTA’s brand
Desired Skills and Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in downstream B2B marketing, ideally in the software industry
  • Expertise in deploying all kind of marketing initiatives, from events to advanced digital marketing techniques, including web management, social media and e-mail marketing
  • Passion for innovative high-tech products and for technological advance
  • Desire to work in a startup
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders in an international environment
  • Project and time management skills
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Business / Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
