Patterns of Whole Brain connectivity affected by lesions

Automatically compute Multiple Sclerosis (MS) damage scores on connectivity data such as % of fibers bundle volume affected by lesions and % of streamlines intersecting lesions. Full connectomics including connectome-derived graph measures enables group-level statistical analysis between groups (i.e. patients and controls) for both full brain and specific connections.
