Q-FiberMapper (Q-FM)

The Q-FiberMapper derives diffusion parameters for specific white matter fascicles in the brain using a combination diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (dMRI) and anatomical MRI information from a T1-weighted image. The tool segments 16 major white matter fascicles and estimates diffusion tensor parameters FA, MD, AD and RD for each.

The QFM reconstructs the left and right hemisphere counterparts of the following fascicles: cortico-spinal tract, inferior frontal-occipital fasciculus, inferior longitudinal fasciculus, uncinate fasciculus, superior longitudinal fasciculus, fornix. The forceps major and forceps minor are also reconstructed.
