scale neurology data and brain images, faster, at higher quality and at lower cost.

Our business is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a HR generalist Intern to help the HR department with their day-to-day functions.

Responsibilities
  • Helping with the Onboarding planning for new employees of the company, office tours, giving the onboarding package, setting the onboarding agenda, and organizing with the different departments the onboarding training. 
  • Updating new HR Policies such as the employee handbook, yearly calendars, and QMS requirements for the HR department (job descriptions, org. Chart changes, etc)
  • Responsible for compliance-oriented policies in QMS.
  • Maintaining Office tools labeled and updated in the Management asset system. Buy new laptops and working tools when required.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Office:
  • Liaise with suppliers and find new providers
  • Maintain the provider database up to date
  • Maintain work environments
  • Develop office policies
  • Vendor invoice management
  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues (maintenance, stationery, cleaning, ...)
  • Responsible for the maintenance, cleaning services, and utilities from the QMENTA Flat. Manage QMENTA Flat calendar with the different guests. 
  • Organize Team Buildings and social activities, contact providers, negotiate the budget, and send invitations to the employees
  • Drafting and study of work environment survey quarterly. Presenting the results to the HR manager, help with the study of the results and create new actions in areas of need.
  • Creating annual training plan; sending the survey to detect training needs, contact providers, and adjust training activities to budget.
  • Responsible for Risk management in the workplace; organizing risk management documents, providing training to newcomers, etc.

  • Bachelor’s or advanced Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Spanish and English with high working proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
