Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, proactive Marketing Manager with at least 5 years experience, ideally in healthcare technology. Your main mission is three-fold:

Analytically-inclined, you’ll use multiple tools to assess customer behaviors and decision-making, leading to improved segmentation and targeting.  Based on those insights, you’ll construct and socialize a clear and effective go-to-market plan that leverages a coherent and coordinated mix of both online and offline communication channels including digital, social,  and thought leadership. You will work with your own team and with other departments across the enterprise to ensure timely and high quality execution of the agreed upon plan, including course corrections where necessary.  If you like to (1) build things and (2) work with teams, and have an enduring impact on an important healthcare space, then this position is for you.

You must be highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and have excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the motivation to achieve your, and the company’s goals.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy and plans to build awareness, consideration,
    generate leads, upsell and referral.
  • Define and manage marketing budgets. Measure marketing performance and dynamically
    allocate budget to maximize returns on investment of objectives.
  • Define and deploy marketing campaigns, owning their implementation from concept through
    to execution.
  • Develop and execute content marketing, including copywriting and the production of
    compelling engaging, measurable content for omni-channel deployment, included the
    production of sales collateral.
  • Develop, manage and continually improve our paid and organic channel strategy, including
    but not limited to our web presence, search, social, email, media, outbound calling and
  • Analyze customer behaviors, adjusting marketing plans and execution based on dynamic
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, ensuring regulatory and brand compliance.
  • Build effective and strategic partnerships with key agencies, vendors and partners.
  • Work with IT teams to define deploy marketing and sales automation.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • At least 5 years in downstream B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrable experience of “hands on” marketing execution, with readiness and flexibility
    to learn and grow in a start-up environment.
  • Broad business and sales orientation and a customer impact mindset.
  • Numerically literate and outcome metric oriented, with experience of web, funnel and
    campaign analytics.
  • A strong understanding of what great creative execution and copy looks like.
  • A passion for learning, experimentation, and staying contemporary with the latest trends and
    best practices in marketing execution and measurement.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the readiness to “roll up your sleeves”
    to get things done.
  • Business and/or marketing degree level qualification.
