Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our multi-disciplinary science and engineering start-up. QMENTA has developed an advanced solution for medical imaging data aggregation, standardization, and advanced quantitative AI processing. The system is used in Research, Clinical Trials (Pharma & Biotech), and Clinical Care (Patient Treatment) worldwide.

Our mission is to organize and quantify imaging information through complex imaging tools in a seamless manner in order to accelerate the discovery and development of cures for brain diseases.

Founded 6 years ago, QMENTA is a rapidly growing start-up and we are currently looking for Medical Sales Rep to be based in our Barcelona office with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in the healthcare and tech sectors to join our team.

Desired Skills & Experience

We are looking for results-driven Sales people to join our growing team. You must have relevant experience working in Medical sales. You must be highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and have excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the motivation to achieve your, and the company’s goals.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise medical sales, health tech, or Pharma
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven and consistent over-achiever
  • Comfortable with the phone
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Hungry to meet and exceed sales goals and deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, taking a lead to a closing
  • Participate in multi-channel sales (conferences, research, lead generation, and follow up)
  • Build valuable working relationships with clients, and create a referral network
  • Ensure optimized lead management using the CRM
  • Understand the pharmaceutical clients’ and clinical doctors’ needs across a range of business functions, including drug discovery, clinical trials, and personalized medicine
  • Build brand awareness & reputation by supporting marketing activities
