QMENTA is a multidisciplinary technology/biomedical start-up that operates at the intersection of Big Data and AI.  We have developed advanced solutions for medical imaging data aggregation, standardization, and advanced quantitative AI processing. The solutions are used in Research, Clinical Trials (Pharma & Biotech), and Clinical Care (Patient Treatment) worldwide.

Our mission is to organize and quantify imaging information through complex imaging tools in a seamless manner in order to accelerate the discovery and development of cures for brain diseases.

In the past 7 years, we have expanded our business globally, serving hospitals, research centers and pharmaceutical companies in the US, Europe and elsewhere.

Your profile

We are looking for a technical account and project manager with experience in a technical field related to software engineering / medical imaging/healthcare technologies. This is a multi-faceted, multi-disciplinary role involving elements of project management, technical account management and a strong focus on interdepartmental liaison relationships.

You will play a key role in the sales process, communicating our technological capabilities to clients, business team, and marketing. You will act as the technical point of contact for clients and will manage client projects to ensure seamless and effective delivery. For example, you will be answering queries, providing technical advice, and staying updated on the product capabilities and development status.

You will be part of the business department team, and will also be working with the scientific and engineering teams.  

  • Work with the sales and business development teams to understand client needs and provide quotes.
  • Serve as a point of contact with existing and new clients.
  • Managing projects from the beginning to end, as well as liaising and incorporating the correct teams and team members as needed to keep all projects on time and delivered to the highest standards.
  • Ensure effective documentation is maintained on client project status as well as ensuring that the correct processes are followed.
  • Work closely with Product Management/ R&D on defining product direction/roadmap, given the current client needs and upcoming projects.
  • Stay updated on current product features and capabilities, and communicate with the sales department as to the status of said features.
  • Help prospects understand the value of QMENTA through online demos, client-facing meetings, and technical discussions.
  • Clearly and effectively articulate the technical features, product capabilities, and value proposition of the QMENTA products.
  • Compose clear project user requirements and contribute to their translation into engineering requirements for development.
  • Provide technical help to the business team in preparing proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate post-sales support.
  • Coordinate and liaise with all teams to ensure consistent product knowledge-sharing and usage.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 6+ years of working in technical positions, project management, or technical sales.
  • Medical imaging knowledge and experience are strongly desirable.
  • Background experience in programming, Python experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Taking ownership of projects, being proactive and driven to make sure that we deliver our solutions to our clients with the highest standards.
