QMENTA Platform was created to meet the needs of different neuroscience projects and their requirements with its fully flexible and customizable infrastructure.

Our platform optimizes the total cost of your project by eliminating the cost of ownership of your own IT infrastructure. The platform takes care of all storage and analysis and allows you to quickly scale the capacity of your account according to your usage.


Data Management

You can easily upload all medical images on our platform via our lightweight standalone desktop app. Your data will be locally anonymized before transmission and will be seamlessly uploaded to our platform. Data may also be directly uploaded via web browser, where it will be transmitted to our platform through a secure encryption and anonymized on arrival.

It is also possible for doctors to upload data from various sources and all are effortlessly integrated, grouped, and standardized to minimize time spent on data management. Once uploaded, data can be pre-processed and standardized for further processing, saving precious time.

Additional information from clinical tests can also be uploaded to the platform to accompany imaging data and have all patient data in one place.

Data Analysis

The analytics of the platform allows doctors to easily mine brain imaging datasets to get more detailed and quantified insight.

You can easily monitor the changes and/or the progress of the disease by regularly uploading the scans of patients where images are automatically grouped according to patients.

Our pipelines help doctors to analyze groups of patients to better determine stage of disease, thus optimize the patient selection process for your research project or clinical trial.


The cloud system can support the collaboration of various doctors and projects of single or multiple research sites. This is made seamless with the ability to assign various fine-grained access levels to the members with one project administrator.

Clinical researchers and doctors can securely share share data, analyses, and results inside teams and between external parties of research.

In multi-site studies, different teams working on the same project can access and follow each other’s’ work and share results for comparison, which is critical for reproducibility of the studies. All members can invite third parties to share data or collaborate.

For optimized collaboration, the owner of the data can assign different roles to members of the project: data administrator (all PIs), collaborator, guest (students), etc. who have different privileges.

In one specific multi-site project type – star – a coordinator is the hub with full access to collect all information and manage all aspects of the project. Various collaborators contribute to the project by uploading data, running analyses, sharing results, however none of them have access to other members’ data.



Data Security

All data is safely stored on our platform that is HIPAA compliant. The privacy of your patient’s private health information (PHI) is respected at all times with automated anonymization.

When uploading data, all the private patient information associated with the DICOM images are stored in the client’s site and anonymized data is uploaded on the platform. Patients are assigned an ID to help you track data throughout the platform.

The platform allows you to choose a center’s location (EU, US, Asia) for maximized security and local regulatory compliance.


As an all-in-one system, the platform eliminates the need to have an in-house complex infrastructure and buy, install, maintain different software packages.


QMENTA solutions fill a significant unmet need for all researchers and clinicians working with imaging. In imaging studies from patients with Multiple Sclerosis, their solution for obtaining the brain connectome, quantifying brain damage and related it with clinical scores is outstanding, and it is going to solve many clinically relevant questions.
