In order to assure that QMENTA is a reliable trusted partner for managing your medical data, we follow the highest security standards. As part of our security procedures, our platform was submitted to the highest stress and security test by an external specialized security company.
As part of the security assessment, various threat scenarios are evaluated, including:
- Motivated hacker attacks such as competitive intelligence, extortion
- Malware, such as worms
- Unmotivated hacker attacks, such as abuse of servers
Many more scenarios are evaluated, both generic attacks as well as scenarios that are specific to our business and operations. During the audit, we authorize the specialists to perform attacks on an instance of our platform that does not contain customer data, with the purpose of exposing possible vulnerabilities.
Our recently released QMENTA Platform version 2.6 has various enhancements, including improved logging and monitoring of the system.
Our security features include:
- Two-factor authentication
- Electronic signatures
- Comprehensive audit trials
- Strong encryption of data at rest and in transit
- Data anonymization
- Role-based access control
- Automatic detection of malware in data uploaded by our users
We also ask all of our users to use complex passwords that must be changed regularly.
We are happy to report that no open critical or high-risk issues were identified. Nevertheless, we continuously look for ways to proactively tighten the security further, both internally and with our trusted partners.
